This should be fun Sher. I just can’t do this one. I’m behind in writing articles with deadlines and need to save room for memoir and hopefully yours and Norah’s. ❤ xxxx Tall order! 🙂 xxx

    • No worries, Deb. Just do the ones you can manage. Believe me, I know that feel lol!!! Means so much to have your support for the Rodeo. I’m hanging on by a thread as I near the finish line on my rewrites…I gravitate from elation to sheer terror at the thought! Your work must come first, and any contest you do manage to squeeze in will be a wonderful bonus for us who get to read it! Have a wonderful weekend, my friend, and hope you get caught up but also take plenty of time to relax. See you next week! 🙂 ❤ 🙂 xoxox

Thanks for the vote of confidence Sher! And look at you approaching the finish line! I’m so excited for you. Keep going when you can. Don’t put ridiculous deadlines on yourself. When it’s ready you will know! Enjoy the weekend my friend. It’s our Thanksgiving weekend coming up. Not sure if you guys have that there? Enjoy nonetheless! ❤ xoxox 🙂

        • Hi Deb…likewise, my friend, and huge apologies for my late reply (yeah, I know…broken record comes to mind, argggghhhh….) I hear you loud and clear about deadline pressure. I have an editor lined up and if I can keep going…but/and/then some technical issues/stuff cropped up and so it goes, but back to form now so I’ll be hanging on by a thread everywhere until then. Meaning…your encouragement and support is huge…thank you so much, dear Deb! And a – very 😦 – belated Happy Thanksgiving to you, hope you had a wonderful time. I didn’t know about your Canadian Thanksgiving until recently and wasn’t too sure when it was, we don’t have anything like that here. But we do have Guy Fawkes Night on November 5, as you know 🙂 Hope your writing is going well and you get to enjoy another weekend and here’s to cracking the whip next week as the finish line fast approaches…phew! Huge hugs coming your way! 🙂 ❤ 🙂 xoxo

Thanks so much Sher. Wishing you a beautiful fall weekend too! Isn’t it always something with us, lol. Well it just means you’ve learned to be a great dodger, working in between the hoops. Just look what a wonderful multi-tasker you’ve become. LOL ❤ xoxoxo And thanks for the Thanksgiving wishes. It was a lovely weekend! ❤ ❤ xxxx

            • So glad you had such a lovely weekend, Deb. And thanks so much for your inpsiring and encouraging messages. Haha…dodger…love it! And so true, especially now with the Rodeo in full swing and we both know how incredibly time consuming writing is when we get to the last of our book rewrites and it’s so hard not to get overwhelmed, isn’t it? I’ve spent my entire life flying by the seat of my pants lol…we don’t get through times like these without learning a thing or two, right? You’re a star, my friend. Here’s to a good, productive week ahead…and I’ll catch up with you by hook or by crook as soon as I can make some headway with the memoir…I really do want to get it to the editor by early November. Pushing it big time…but I’m determined, if nothing else! Love and hugs, my friend! 🙂 ❤ 🙂 xoxoxo

You’re on the right path Sher. Just keep doing what needs to be done. Eventually, it all falls into place. Maybe the Rodeo writing will be a perfect distraction from your edits, giving you fresh eyes for the next round. Keep us posted on your progress!!!!! Big hugs coming your way! ❤ xoxoxo 🙂 xx

                • Thanks so much, Deb. You’re right about the perfect distraction. It helps to change focus and regain some writing energy for the next round, as you say…phew! I’ll definitely keep everyone posted, will put up a short post very soon and also will catch up with you, my friend and your travel posts over at Sally’s too, and know I’m horribly late but I’ll get there! Keep those hugs coming…and I’m sending the same right back to you. And today is my contest at the Rodeo, yay! ❤ ❤ ❤ 🙂 xoxoxo
